Aviv Construction started in 2017 when our founder, after spending more than a decade working for larger contracting firms across the tri-state area, decided to do things his own way. The idea was straightforward: build a small, reliable crew that takes pride in doing stucco work the right way — no shortcuts, no excuses.
We set up shop on the Upper West Side of Manhattan because that is where we live and where we know the buildings. Over the years, word spread through referrals and repeat clients. Today, we work across all five boroughs, but our roots are still right here on the West Side.
We are not the biggest contractor in the city, and we do not try to be. What we are is dependable. When we say we will be there Monday morning, we are there Monday morning. When we quote a price, that is the price. Our clients come back because they know what to expect from us.
We have built our reputation on a few things that matter to the people we work for.
We know New York buildings — pre-war brownstones, post-war apartment blocks, modern mixed-use developments. Each type has its own challenges when it comes to stucco and exterior work, and we have dealt with all of them. We understand NYC building codes, DOB requirements, and what inspectors look for.
Our team members have been with us for years, not months. They are skilled tradespeople who take their work seriously. We do not subcontract to random crews — the people who show up to your job are the same people who have been doing this work with us since the beginning.
We give you a detailed written estimate before any work begins. No hidden fees, no surprise charges at the end. If something changes during the project, we talk to you first. That is how we have kept clients coming back for eight years running.
We protect your property during the job and clean up when we are done. Our crews are respectful of your space, your neighbors, and your schedule. We carry full liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for every project.
We have completed stucco projects in neighborhoods across New York City, including:
Over the past eight years, we have worked on buildings in nearly every corner of New York City. Our projects range from single-family homes on quiet residential streets to multi-story commercial buildings on busy avenues.
We are particularly familiar with the building stock on the Upper West Side, where many structures date back to the early 1900s and require careful attention when applying or repairing stucco. We also do a lot of work in Brooklyn — neighborhoods like Park Slope, Williamsburg, and Bay Ridge — where brownstones and row houses often need exterior restoration.
In Queens, we have handled projects in Astoria, Long Island City, and Flushing. We also serve clients in the Bronx and Staten Island. No matter where your building is, if it needs stucco work, we can help.
